5. Transactions
Buyers will pay the listed price plus additional fees for buyer protection insurance, which includes 5% of the item’s cost plus £0.80, dropping to 3% for items over £500.
6. Buyer Protection Insurance
This insurance covers items not delivered, damaged upon delivery, or not matching the description. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the item's intended delivery date.
7. Seller Obligations
Sellers must accurately describe their items, comply with shipping commitments, and ensure items are packaged securely.
8. Returns and Refunds
Governed by the seller’s listed policy at the time of purchase. Eligible items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by users or the reliability of user-generated content.
10. Third-Party Links
The app may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by HORSED Ltd. We accept no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these sites.
11. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to resolve disputes through direct negotiation or via our platform's mediation process before seeking external resolutions.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users must refrain from engaging in harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent activities. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless HORSED Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the app and violations of these terms.
